Whether it's just an email or a full contact profile, you decide, reducing friction and making the process smoother for your visitors.Reason for Collecting Information: The AI Assistant will explain why you’re asking for their details, helping to build trust and ensure your visitors feel safe sharing their information.How to Ask for Data: Choose from the two options, Direct and Gentle, to adjust how the AI Assistant asks for contact details.When to Ask for Data: You can choose whether the AI Assistant should ask for contact details right away or wait until after a few messages for a more natural conversation.How to use it? Go to the Settings tab, scroll down to the Smart Lead Generation section, turn on the feature, and customize how the AI Assistant asks for information.
